I’m Suzi, a trained yoga teacher and therapist with 30 years experience. The yoga I teach is different.
How is it different? I ensure that absolutely everyone gains from safe, comfortable and effective classes, workshops and one to one sessions. Yoga should be a special, personal experience: sessions with me will offer you just that.
Through safe and effective movement techniques, yoga will provide you with increased flexibility, strength, stamina and fitness. Through breathing and meditation techniques, you will reduce stress, feel relaxed and emotionally balanced.
