Other Options:
One to one
I am now offering reduced-cost personal practices for all of you. I can make sure your yoga is suitable and safe, so it can have a positive effect. Maybe you have questions or issues with specific practices in the classes but prefer not to discuss them, or just assume that you need to ‘make do’ with what everyone else is doing (not so!). Or you might like to have some yoga tuned just for you that you can pick up whenever you like.
If you would like to have your yoga practice personally tailored for you, you can. It’s so versatile. Outside of your classes, you can choose to make yoga a regular part of your life; whether you want more asana (postures) pranayama (breathing), or dhyana (meditation). It can be 5 or 10 minutes a day, or an hour a week, you can choose whatever you want to fit into your life. You can do it in your home, your garden, or from your office chair. Yoga can be for personal development or for therapy. Really, anything goes!
Individual classes last about an hour, they can be taken online, outside or in a spacious room, this can be arranged to suit you. The usual fee for face-to-face sessions is £50 per hour (less if on Zoom. more if in your own home).
If you are interested in finding out more or booking a personal class, please get in touch. You don’t have to commit to anything, just ask away.
