In a yoga practice, being steady while also feeling at ease is what we aim for. We can also take this idea into our daily lives.
In this workshop, we will consider how we keep the balance of steadiness and comfort in yoga. Can we use the same skills to help us remain steady and at ease with ourselves when life brings challenges that could throw us off balance?
Using a mix of practices, yoga theory, reflection and discussion, we will explore how the ancient wisdom of yoga can help to empower and support us in all aspects of our lives today.
