Yoga for Stronger Bones

Although commonly associated with post-menopausal women, weak bones can also affect men, younger women and children. Osteoporosis is a ‘silent’ disease which usually causes no pain or discomfort. It’s apparent that modern lifestyles are bringing about a shocking increase in its occurrence.
During this session you will explore simple and do-able ways to use safe and effective yoga techniques and lifestyle changes to help maintain bone strength, as well as giving benefit to our overall fitness and quality of life.
