In Yoga, our breath is considered to be the link between body, mind, and spirit.
If we can control our breath, it opens many new ways to improve our health: we can strengthen our posture, renew vitality, and enhance our mental health. This workshop will offer physical yoga practices and breathwork during which you will learn why it is important, and gain experience of how very good it can be to spend time focusing on just breathing.
Time: 10am – 1pm. Arrive from 9.30 for a 10.00 start
Cost: £30 including refreshments and notes
